Don Fogel is a partner with Ware, Snow, Fogel & Jackson, a trial law firm of sixteen attorneys. The firm's practice focuses on the trial of personal injury and commercial cases, the handling of appeals, and the representation of debtors, creditors, creditors' committees and trustees in bankruptcies and workouts.
